鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑
一、產(chǎn)品適用范圍:
適用于各種無機(jī)填料(如碳酸鈣、硅灰石粉、滑石粉、硫酸鋇、葉臘石粉、高嶺土、粉煤灰、海泡石、氧化鋁等),無機(jī)阻燃劑(如氫氧化鎂、氫氧化鋁、硼酸鋅、三氧化銻等)和顏料(如氧化鐵紅、鋅鋇白、鈦白、氧化鋅、立德粉等)的表面活化改性。經(jīng)改性后的填料、色母粒、阻燃劑、顏料,可適用于塑料、橡膠、涂料、油墨、層壓制品和粘結(jié)劑等復(fù)合制品。
二、特點(diǎn)與使用效果
1、與其它偶聯(lián)劑(如鈦酸酯、硼酸酯等)相比,經(jīng)鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑活化改性處理后的無機(jī)粉體,除質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定外,還具有色淺、無毒、味小及對(duì)PVC的協(xié)同熱穩(wěn)定性和潤(rùn)滑性,適用范圍廣,無須稀釋劑,使用方便,價(jià)格低廉。
2、經(jīng)鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑活化改性處理的各種無機(jī)粉體,因其表面發(fā)生化學(xué)或物理化學(xué)作用生成一有機(jī)分子層,由親水性變成親有機(jī)性。實(shí)踐證明,無機(jī)粉體表面經(jīng)鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑改性后用于復(fù)合制品中,偶聯(lián)劑的親無機(jī)端與親有機(jī)端能分別與無機(jī)填料表面和有機(jī)樹脂發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)或形成纏結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu),增強(qiáng)了無機(jī)粉體與有機(jī)樹脂的界面相容性,所以用鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑改性,不僅可以改善填充無機(jī)粉體的塑料制品的加工性能,而且也可以明顯改善制品的物理機(jī)械性能,使產(chǎn)品吸水率降低,吸油量減少,填料分散勻均。
3、在生產(chǎn)顏料、油墨、涂料的研磨顏(填)料工序中,可直接投入計(jì)量的偶聯(lián)劑,起到改善顏(填)料的分散性,縮短研磨時(shí)間,提高細(xì)度、亮度并降低粘度增加材料的附著力的明顯效果。

三、產(chǎn)品用量
注:①無機(jī)粉體表面粒徑600-800目偶聯(lián)劑用量為0。7%/無機(jī)粉體表面粒徑800目偶聯(lián)劑用量
為0。8%/無機(jī)粉體表面粒徑1250目偶聯(lián)劑用量為填料量的1.0%。其他工藝成型的制品或發(fā)泡軟制品,用填料量的0.5~1.0%。
②對(duì)于炭黑、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂、水鎂石粉等具有高比表面或高活性表面的填料,偶聯(lián)劑用量應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加到1.5~2.5%。為了更好發(fā)揮偶聯(lián)劑效果并降低改性成本,建議參照第六條(4)點(diǎn)加入?yún)f(xié)同劑(硬脂酸)。

五、填料活化改性處理方法:
1、預(yù)處理法:填料先在高速混合機(jī)(預(yù)熱到物料溫度達(dá)100-110℃)中攪拌烘干(敞口)10~15分鐘,使填料含水量低于0.3%,緩緩加入計(jì)量的掐碎的偶聯(lián)劑(注意勿使偶聯(lián)劑被攪拌槳打到混合機(jī)內(nèi)壁),改性時(shí)間3~5分鐘。
2、直接加入法:若填料含水量低于0.3%,可直接在高速機(jī)中捏合時(shí)加入偶聯(lián)劑,加入方法同上。但應(yīng)注意硬脂酸、有機(jī)醇之類含羧基、羧基的組份,務(wù)必在加入偶聯(lián)劑對(duì)填料進(jìn)行活化改性4分鐘后加入,千萬勿與偶聯(lián)劑先或同時(shí)加入,以免偶聯(lián)劑失效。
以上二法,以前法處理的效果好。
六、成功應(yīng)用偶聯(lián)劑的關(guān)鍵:
1、保證偶聯(lián)劑對(duì)填料活化改性效果一定要用夾套加熱的高速混合機(jī)進(jìn)行填料的活化改性。
2、用于PE、PP、ABS、PS等粒狀樹脂為原料的復(fù)合制品時(shí),先制成母料或粒料形式,再與這些粒狀樹脂混合應(yīng)用。該型號(hào)偶聯(lián)劑生產(chǎn)的填充母料,應(yīng)用與復(fù)合體系,其斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率,填充量,表面光澤度,材料韌性等物化性能完全優(yōu)于其他各種偶聯(lián)劑。
3、要保證本偶聯(lián)劑改性的填料與粉狀樹脂(如PVC)及其配合料有良好的塑化效果,建議采用高速捏合之后經(jīng)密煉或塑煉后再擠出切粒。
4、用于無機(jī)粉體改性時(shí),建議加少量硬脂酸作為協(xié)同劑,可在保證質(zhì)量前提下降低成本。硬脂酸用量一般為粉體的0.50%。用法是在高速混合機(jī)中投入偶聯(lián)劑對(duì)填料進(jìn)行活化改性3~5分鐘后,加入少量硬脂酸,再高速攪拌3分鐘即可。千萬注意勿與偶聯(lián)劑先加入或同時(shí)加入,即可與偶聯(lián)劑起良好的協(xié)同效應(yīng)。如生產(chǎn)PVC管材在偶聯(lián)劑改性3~5分鐘后加入硬酯酸,在大量增加活化好的碳酸鈣可保持PVC管材良好的韌性、抗沖性、并能明顯提高制品光澤度。
七、儲(chǔ)存方式:

V. Filler activation modification treatment b:
1. But should pay attention to the stearic acid, organic alcohol and other components containing carboxyl group and carboxyl group, be sure to add the coupling agent to activate the filler after 4 minutes, do not add it first or at the same time with the coupling agent to avoid accident The joint agent fails.

6. The key to successful application of coupling agent:
1. To ensure the activation and modification effect of the coupling agent on the filler, the high-speed mixer heated by the jacket must be used to activate and modify the filler.
2. When it is used for composite products such as PE, PP, ABS, PS and other granular resins, it is first made into a masterbatch or pellet b, and then mixed with these granular resins for application. The filling masterbatch produced by this type of coupling agent is used in composite systems. Its elongation at break, filling amount, surface gloss, material toughness and other physical and chemical properties are compleby superior to other coupling agents.
3. To ensure that the filler modified by this coupling agent has good plasticizing effect with powdered resin (such as PVC) and its ingredients, it is recommended to use high-speed kneading and then extruding and pelletizing after dense mixing or plasticizing.
4. When used for inorganic powder modification, it is recommended to add a small amount of stearic acid as a synergist, which can reduce the cost under the premise of ensuring quality. The amount of stearic acid is generally 0.50% of the powder. The usage is to put coupling agent into the high-speed mixer to activate and modify the filler for 3 to 5 minutes, add a small amount of stearic acid, and then stir at high speed for 3 minutes. Do not add it first or at the same time with the coupling agent, you can have a good synergistic effect with the coupling agent. For example, in the production of PVC pipes, stearic acid is added after 3 to 5 minutes of modification with the coupling agent, and a large amount of activated calcium carbonate can maintain the good toughness and impact resistance of PVC pipes and can significantly improve the gloss of the products.
