【碳化硅簡介】

用碳化硅粉直接升華法可制得大體積和大面積碳化硅單晶。用碳化硅單晶可生產(chǎn)綠色或藍色發(fā)光二極管、場效應(yīng)晶體管,雙極型晶體管。用碳化硅纖維可制成雷達吸波材料,在軍事工業(yè)中前景廣闊。碳化硅超精細微粉是生產(chǎn)碳化硅陶瓷的理想材料。碳化硅陶瓷具有優(yōu)良的常溫力學(xué)性能,如高的抗彎強度,優(yōu)良的抗氧化性,耐腐蝕性,非常高的抗磨損以及低的磨擦系數(shù),而且高溫力學(xué)性能(強度、抗蠕變性等)是已知陶瓷材料中最好的材料,如晶須補強可改善碳化硅的韌性和強度。
